Nothing problem with that. I'm in Season 3, and always complete the two target, WRC the major, and Group B the minor target. My boss want to win the WRC championship, I know I'm good here, so I can skip 1-2 races. The Group B minor target only want 3 win of 6 races. So I can skip 3 of them.
No problem for me.
- ScarDuck142 years agoLegend@RobbyJr24 Yes I think this is by design and I actually like it as it means attention to detail planning out the year. However it should be better explained at the beginning that it’s something to look for. In my first season I stumbled across it and was nooooo I picked the wrong rally to enter
So, I tested the WRC cars from inside the cockpit view.
TOYOTA
FORD (nearly perfect)
HYUNDAI
Only the builder car not have brightness issue, it's bizarre!
So EA, fix this issue for everycar! 🙌
Look at driver's hands on wheel. No such effect was presented before patch.

TO USERS WITH PROBLEMS ON MOTE CARLO STAGES (CRASHES)
If someone have problems with crashes on some Monte Carlo stages, please check if you use "ground cover" on ultra?
Ive made now several tests and was able to find the reason for crashes at least on my pc (problem and rig specs are few posts earlier in this thread).
When i reduce "ground cover" to high so the CTD disappear and i was able to make several runs without problems.
Can someone confirm that?
I have problem with gearing, today I play WRC and gearing feel wierd. Gear 1 and 2 feel slower than yesterday I played. With Default and Saved Vehicle Setup got the same issue.
Any one feel this issue?
Edit: I fixed it, I gave a 5 points to deadzone on the Handbrake.
Hi all,
same here. RTX 4080/Ryzen 9 5900/32GB RAM. i tried so many settings ingame an with NVIDIA control panel. nothing works well. stuttering is still present and far away from "smooth". this makes the game unplayable! i was disappointed after the release and i'm disappointed after the 2nd patch. it's ridiculous! the game looks compared to DIRT Rally 2.0 poor and is stuttering extremely. DIRT Rally 2.0 runs smooth without stutter on my system in 4k @ ~140 fps and looks compared to this like an nextgen game :-(
Hey, how can you maintain 90 FPS pls? I have almost the same specs (32GB ram), however the framerate is all over the place (flying from 90 to under 60), I cap FPS between 60 to 72 (finding the sweet spot within this range) to avoid dips, yet still some small tears and drops just keep appearing (some location are fine, some are dismal)
Playing on PS5 and disappointed the game was released in the state it's in, even after 2 patches it's still glitchy. This affects gameplay!! Codemasters has let us down with this mess.
Framerate is unstable on some stages, weird pauses and there is even screen-tearing on occasion - why not support VRR to eliminate this issue for people with a capable TV??? Seems very sloppy!!
I could understand these issues if the game was pushing the hardware, but it's not even a better looking game compared to last year's WRC Generations from Kylotonn/Nacon.
I have also experienced other weird bugs - like the engineers screen which glitches out when navigating the skill tree.
That said, the gameplay and racing physics are great and it's mostly fun to play - but it could be so much better of these issues were fixed.
