Mud, Rain and Detail

I have just done rally Africa and in Sweden with the 24 update. I have to say the added improvements with rain detail and sound has made the eperience really enjoyable and immersive. However I would still love to see more texture detail on the tracks. They currently looks really flat with the exception of Africa. There are no ruts, lumps, holes, mud, puddles etc. Also some nice dust clouds coming off the front wheels would be great. I think if these graphical changes were able to be made, this game would win the hearts of so many more players. This would then bring it on par graphically with previous games.
