Very nice! You hit most of the major points.
To your list I'll add only:
4c.2) scrolling key bindings with mouse, the screen jumps back/rubber bands due to active selection
5) Confirm Buttons
- Changing tyres is a key example, un-knowing users don't know they need to first confirm tyre change in that screen or it wont be saved, silently.
- when saving and loading setups there are also a couple too many confirmations/steps
7) Button Bindings - Please, please allow the menu buttons to be bindable. ...
^ this can be done on PC by editing a file, action_defines.xml (search for that on the forum for instructions). However a built in method with reversion is needed.
13) when rebinding keys, you have to first select unbind... that's not necessary
14) there is no UI alert when you have damage on the car in the main garage screen
15) no UI alert for worn tyres in the main garage screen
