Now that EA WRC has more or less been abandoned, at least the horrible EA Anticheat should be removed.
Since EA Anticheat was introduced, I haven't been able to play the game, EA didn't care, and I didn't get my money back either.
So finally remove EA Anticheat from the game.
Any answer?
Hate to say it, but odds are they will never remove EA Anti-cheat. Apparently Denuvo is now causing problems with this game too, and not a word from EA about it.
You write nothing about your problem, so I assume you are on Linux.
The question then is:
Why can't you dual boot instead of having the leaderboards ruined for everybody?
I have no problem running the game on WIn10, (well, except it runs very poorly).

we all hate to deal with the anticheat but unfortunately due to the cowardly cheating little terds that abuse these games, it has to be there !
look this cheater, no1 on every leaderboard with times like 5 seconds or 1 minute , why isnt banned?

this game has been dropped by EA and the leaderboards already have cheat times that will never be addressed. I don't understand the anticheat boot lickers when it doesnt stop cheaters, and is pretty good at stopping legitimate players from playing. Steamdb shows an average 700 max concurrent players - why would someone be watching this game after it has been dropped by the devs for the removal of anticheat, just to start putting up cheat times against 1000 people? senseless argument
