Re: speed limit? what, why, huh?

You're competing in a regularity.  The goal is to reach each checkpoint when the timer is at +0:00.xxx, with penalty points both for going faster or slower than the target.  The minimum speed is to prevent you from cheesing it by stopping in front of each checkpoint, and the maximum speed is because this event is designed to minimize the risk of someone crashing and ruining the priceless historic cars.

  • Thank you all.

If only I had waited few minutes to read your response. I completely ruined the race. And only after I had ruined my race, then the rules and goals of regularity rally were shown to me in the game.

Would be nice to know this in advance. Kind of unfair if it is not said to me what the goal is. I could only assume to be quickest.

I really never even dreamed of something like this existing. It reminds me full course yellow rules in f1, haha.

I don't know, it's just the most funny thing I've ever experienced. I think the real trick is to display/project the speed meter in front of the window. If not, then I just look at the speed and see the road in the corner of my eyes.

I love the idea of this regularity rally, because it sounds way cheaper and accesible for normal people, in real life.

Again, thank you all for explaining and clarifying this for me. Really appreciate it.
