Game doesn't open after splash screen

Question

Game installed on D: drive refuse to open after the splash screen. It used to work fine previously but I had to reinstall Windows 11. I had uninstall, reiinstall, and enable/disable secure boot. Nothing is work. What is wrong with this game?

And don't come to tell me, "Please make sure your monitor is connected to your GPU blah blah." I don't think your problem with your EAAntiCheat service has anything to do with my computer hardware, so please provide a more advanced solution if you can.

I tried all the methods what was suggested in the forum and nothing didn’t work for me.

This might sound funny, but it helped to me.
I removed the GPU from the computer and put the GPU back in, turned on the PC and tried to run the WRC game and everything now works.
Maybe it will be useful for someone.
