Launch issue "The title may have beed downloaded to your device by another user"
Hello, I have a problem with EA Sports WRC 24 game installation. I bought EA SPORTS WRC 24 game on Epic Games Store and when I try to install it, then EA App opens up and gives me this error: "The title may have beed downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to differrent account or restart the app to try again.". Epic Games Account which I bought the game from is linked to the right EA Account. How can I solve this problem? I tried to reinstall EA App etc, but nothing helps. Thanks in advance!
Interior Car Reflections need to be fully disabled/removed for now.
Please remove them completely, and preferably in a hotfix asap before next month's patch, until perhaps a less obnoxious solution with far lower performance impact can be added later. Defaulting Car Reflections to Medium on the High and Ultra preset is not a fix for the negative performance issue. Doesn't help with how they fake and opaque they appear on screen, either. Very Low reflections are still fully broken, and anyone can bypass the severity of the more distracting reflection visuals on Low and above by removing the wheel+hands from cockpit view. Doing that is almost like disabling them, but you still don't get any performance improvement. It's just not projecting the hands, arms+wheel on the windshield. There's just no consistency there at all, and the performance of them being forced on is no doubt impacting the game's performance on consoles which are still suffering as well. Please get rid of them quickly, this is what should have been done in the last update. Instead, focus some effort into other immersion breaking issues from cockpit view, like how there's zero need to use wipers in snowfall, and rain barely impacts the windshield, too. The auto-exposure still needs to be removed in all vehicles and every location after 1.3.0 as well. Interior reflections should not incur a much larger performance hit than full on ray traced reflections have in entire scenes in other games on similar hardware. They are absolutely broken.
My computer blue screens when i quit the game after the newest update.
Game loads and plays but when i hit quit game, the computer immediately blue screens then restarts. says kernel apc pending exit i believe in the corner. never had issues with the game like this before until this newest update. have ran as admin, validated files, uninstalled and reinstalled and still blue screens my computer. is there a way to downgrade to a previous version so i can play without my computer crashing
Fanatec DD+ Xtreme not recognized
Hi, I received my DD+ with GT Extreme wheel a few days ago, but the game doesn't recognize the wheel and I can't play, in the settings it doesn't display the wheel and doesn't receive any input, I can't navigate the menus or change gear while driving, the base is seen by the game, but as if it were a DD Pro, does anyone know if the game will be updated? And when? Do you know if the new FullForce will also be added? It would be great, but I would be happy to be able to play
performance degradation when using 7950X3D-CPU after applying EA anti-cheat.
First of all, this text is written using translation software I came back to EAWRC after playing other games for a while and am enjoying the game again. However, with the introduction of EA Anti-Cheat, WRC.EXE no longer allows the user to “change” which CPU core is used when the PC has more than 8(16 on SMT) CPU cores, such as a 16(32 on SMT)-core CPU. My configuration is 7950X3D+4090 running the game. Previously, after EAWRC was launched by an external application, the game was automatically assigned to “CCD0” where the “X3D” cache resides. The performance was about 200-230 fps in UWQHD with the settings turned down. With the advent of EA Anti-Cheat, it is no longer possible to change the CPU cores used, and EAWRC uses only CCD1. This means that the game starts to run on the CPU: 16-32 core part. My performance is now only around 80-120fps frames. If I stop CCD1 = CCD with no cache on the CPU, and start the game in 7800X3D state, I can get the previous performance, of course, It makes no sense, the EA anti-cheat should allow the user to decide which CPU core to use. Or patch it to start with CCD0:1-16 cores with cache on the 7950X3D, etc. These EA anti-cheat specs are really annoying. I checked the logs and even though you mentioned that the EA anti-cheat does not degrade performance. Please patch ASAP or modify some of the EA anti-cheat specifications to allow users to specify which CPU cores they can use.
