Huge FPS drop since anticheat update

Summarize your bug After recent anticheat update FPS dropped from 100 to 30-40 and now game is unplayable, especially when lights are being used in a darker stage.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game after new update wit headlights on.
What happens when the bug occurs? Stuttering and laging
What do you expect to see? Smooth running game like before.

It seems that with every update I get a small fps drop but this time it's massive FPS drop at level where game is no longer playable due to stuttering. After each update I was getting 5-10fps drop, but I was just lowering the graphics to compensate and wasn't so noticable when I started with 140fps at the beggining, after several updates it went down to ~100 but now after the latest update it went down to 30-40 fps. This has to be fixed as I'm not going to play the game on ultra low graphics with RTX 3070 graphics card!
