Map not loading

Summarize your bug i have pretty bad pc. but it runs dr2 pretty well. hdd. when i play the game after like 30 sec the map just stops loading and i fall through the ground. it does load when i open main menu and close it again. this has made the game pretty much unplayable.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? idk. get bad pc and play the game :D
What happens when the bug occurs? i fall through the map and after a while it resets me back to the track with penalty
What do you expect to see? i expect it to load the map. even if it doesnt load visually. even the collision would be nice.
