We don't handle refunds through here. In the case you want to get refunded you will have to contact Support.

@EA_Groguet  I tried again the game yesterday and it was worse than ever.

In Japan I had green patches on the street running in front of me for all the stage, this on top of tearing and low frame rate.

Definitely unusable.

I'm on PS5.

Any update on if and when these issues will be solved would be appreciated.

I get this is a frustrating situation. However, as I said on Monday, I still don't have any information about it. As soon as I know something more, I will let you know.

Ok, it’s clear EA won’t have this patched in 3 days for the next update….hope Codemasters can exit from EA and start over again on dirt 3.0

They should roll back the last "update!" to what was better on PS5 at least. I just purchased an XBox series X and thought i would try the 5 hour trial and it is actually a joy to play on this system just seems to run so much better very very minimal screen tearing... but that is using a game pad and not my sim rig that i should be using on the Ps5. This lack of any info regarding a fix is not good and it makes you wonder if it is not fixable, without causing more issues!! Ok it was only £35 ish to buy but i really wish i hadnt bothered tbh as i have not played it since the last update mess!

I wonder what delights will be in the update....a trip around the moon in a car nobody wants!!
