Hi. I bought the game on the other platform(Instant Gaming) and now i cant launch the game. Any tips on how to do it?

I've removed your second screenshot that was showing the game code.
Regarding your issue, it seems like a lot of these resellers only sold the Standard Edition without the pre-order. We got a post warning about it here too:

I totally understand that this is a frustrating situation when you were looking forward to play WRC, but from our side, I can only suggest to reach out to where you bought the game from.-Vendcera
