On xbox series x, I managed to detect my Thrustmaster TX steering wheel. However, the attached Thrustmaster TH8A shifter remains undetected, and I am unable to bind gears to it. Anyone has found a workaround ?
Dear Barry, unfortunately these guides doesn't work. I just bought all new Thrustmaster's TSS Sparco Mod+ handbrake because I thought that my old TH8A shifter is unrecognizable. Now it seems that only my Thrustmaster T300 RS is working properly with T3PA-Pro pedals but there are no solution for handbrake.
What makes this very embarrassing (in my opinion) is that you still inform these combinations as working on your device list even though they clearly don't work. At least that's what I've read on various forums. Of course, I understand that the game is new, but it's irresponsible to claim that things work if they don't. Personally, I'll give you another chance because the game is great, but someone a little more troublemaker person might even demand compensation from you if they went to buy a new device for this game and eventually it doesn't work...
I have TS XW wheel with THA8 Shifter and TSS handbrake on XBSX. Plugged into thrustmaster hub and everything works fine.
on ps5 thrustmaster hub work with tss handbrake and th8a he work sometimes and during the race th8a disconnect many times , sometimes he work 5 min , sometimes not

Hi Barry. The issue isn’t the rim. It’s the fact that this game isn’t picking the TH8A via the usb port on the PS5. Most of us have the standard rim that come with the T300. It’s been weeks now and still no help on solution. If we plug the TH8A directly into the T300 din input it’s been picked up only as a up/down sequential shifter. You can’t bind this as a handbrake as you’re loosing your paddle shift then.
we use the TH8A as a handbrake. If I’m doing something wrong in set up fair enough but can’t see the light yet. Any help ?

Any update for TH8A shifter not been recognise via the USB post on PS5. Works fine on dirt rally 2.0 were I could bind the shifter as a handbrake. Can’t do it this time. Been week now.
