📌 Issue Summary:

Purchased/unlocked items, specifically Apex Coins and various Skins, are missing from my account inventory despite being marked as claimed in the Battle Pass (BTP) interface.

The issue has persisted since November 3, 2025.

🎮 Specific Item Details:

    Item Type: Apex Coins, Skins, and other miscellaneous items.

    Specific Battle Pass: The purchased BTP is for the second half of Season 26.

🚨 Detailed Description of the Problem:

I purchased the Battle Pass for the second half of Season 26. Since November 3, 2025, several rewards that I have unlocked, particularly the Apex Coins and various Skins, have failed to appear in my account's inventory or balance.

When checking the Battle Pass (BTP) screen, these items are clearly marked as unlocked/claimed. However, the actual coin balance displayed in the top right corner of the screen has not been updated, and the Skins are not available in my inventory.

This issue has been ongoing for a significant period. I have already contacted customer support and they are aware of the issue.
