1 players Queue

So basically my account got false banned once and i got that banned overturned. After i got the ban overturned i tried to play apex legends and got to a issue where i always get stuck in queue with one or two players. same goes to firing range which is odd because you don't need to wait in line to play firing range right? I've had this issue since last years august and I've made over 7 tickets reporting about this issue and every single one ticket was either ignored or didn't solve my issue. 

The oldest post i made about this issue was 6 months ago, and during those 6 months I've made countless tickets and chats with advisors seeing if they can fix my issue and nothing. I don't think they understand that its the issue with my account and not with my game or internet but they just dont get it. I hope that one day someone will actually put effort and time into fixing the issue i'm having and not relying on the most basic fixes that can be found in the help section and instead fixing the issue with a new solution.
