20-bomb badge didn't unlock

I had 27 kills as Bangalore in Wildcard but her 20-bomb badge didn't unlock. I've been trying to get this badge on her for so long, and it just didn't unlock. I'm on PS5.

This is extremely disappointing. Please fix this, check everything, including my account and match history, then give me my badge. Thank you.
