6th Anniversary event missing rewards

I have completed the event but I didn't recieve the tracker art reward. It shows that I do get the reward in the event menu but I can't see and equip it in the tracker menu. That's the only reward that I am missing. I try to restart the same and re-install the game but it didn't help.
