7th Anniversary Event Purchase Box Bug

Why did my heirloom or mythical fragments not be sent to my account when my activity page shows that all of my boxes have been purchased and all rewards have been obtained? I was logged into a Belgian server at the time, please help me handle this.

    I hope the administrator can help me find the rewards I deserve  I unlocked all the anniversary celebration activities on the Belgian server, but I didn't get the mythic fragments

    There was a bug in my game during the anniversary event. I claimed all the rewards in the Billy time zone and found that my 150 mythic fragments didn't arrive, but the event shows they have been obtained. Please deal with it quickly !!!!!

    The collected Apex red fragments from the 7th anniversary event show as owned, but not on my account

    Hey HiChilly​,

    Was this taking place on a different account? The EA account you're posting with doesn't appear to have any content rather than just missing the shards. Are you able to grab a quick screenshot of the lobby?
