Abandon penalty after code:shoe

Was in game, maybe top ten or just out of it, in a ranked plat match. I go to grab a sniper mag and it completely bugged, and took 2 mins or so to kick me. I tried loading back up, after it gave me the code:shoe and I was stuck with an abandon penalty.
