Nope, I couldn't solve it and didn't get any further help from Respawn on this. Made about 3 cases about this issue and everytime I get sent here (to the forums) and get told to wait until someone from Respawn notices my issue.

      Hi EA_Garrus​,
      The issue still persists. Just went from level 21 to 22 without receiving any rewards.
      My platform is EA App and IGN is Snowyxy.
