Account level reset
I started playing apex since release and about 3 months when i started the game i saw my level was reset to 1 it was 490 but the rewards was still in the account with everything available.

Are you able to share a screenshot of your lobby showing the account level? If you click your level in the top-left corner it will even break down your account progression with some additional details.
If you're not missing any of the actual rewards or content and since the account was pretty close to level 500, it sounds like you may just have leveled up to the next tier.
You can take a quick look at those badges on this page to see if that looks like what you're seeing on your end.
