I HAVE A FIX
If you are on PS you need to head to settings - Saved Data and Game/App Settings - Upload or Delete from console storage - Delete. And Delete your Apex Data. THIS DOES NOT RESET YOUR ACCOUNT. I think the bug is corrupted files stored in the cloud. So with this method you are removing the cloud save amd running the game on the console save. I then syncing my data OVERWRITTING THE CLOUD SAVE and I just had to redo my settings and sensitivity
