Reproduction steps:

Enter the ‘Apex Legends’ game lobby and wait 1–2 minutes.

Notes:

The same hardware configuration runs normally on Windows Server 2022.

After a fresh installation of Build 29580.1000, the issue still occurs.

This fault occurs with both AMD Adrenalin drivers 25.10.2 and 26.5.1.
