After the current Fight Force event released i was unable to purchase packs form the apex store. I read that it could be caused by my region settings however, they are fine and are set to the UK. I can purchase skins with no problems but when a pack and a skin are sold together it becomes unavailable. I am not sure if this could be something to do with age and a need of verification but i could not find anything like that. I'm also on steam but so are my friends and they are not having any problems.
If there is a fix for this can someone please let me know.
