After purchasing 100 APEX packs, I received a server error message when I tried to open them, and all 100 packs disappeared without being opened. Also, I used 150,000 Legend Tokens to upgrade, but those tokens also disappeared. Just to be sure, I checked for new skins, but there were no added skins. Please fix this issue.

I had bought 100 packs and I opened 50 in bulk with the upgrade for my wishlish. I then got 1 pack from the bonus pack. I opened the 1 and then I went to bulk open the remaining 50 which resulted in multiple server errors. I restarted Apex Legends and I logged back in to no packs.
After purchasing a bundle of 20 Apex Packs for 1000 Apex Coins in Apex Legends, I encountered a server error while opening them. After returning to the game, all packs disappeared, no rewards were granted, and the Apex Coins were not refunded.

I bought 20 Apex Packs and still had 20+ more left. I was about to open them all, but I encountered an error. I restarted my console to refresh it, but when I returned to Apex Legends, all of my Apex Packs were gone.I thought maybe they had already been opened, but there’s nothing new in my Legend Locker. I’m not sure if this is a bug, but I’m hoping someone can help me get my Apex Packs back. I know it’s only around 40+, but I still feel really disappointed.

i havent been refunded or anything no coins nothing
me too. Lost 35+- cases (don`t remember exactly) i can confirm the purchases with receipts

I am writing to report a serious bug regarding my Apex Packs. I had saved up 100 packs and intended to open them in two batches of 50.
After opening the first 50, a bug occurred when I tried to open the remaining 50. The packs disappeared from my inventory, but I did not receive any rewards from them.
I received a reply from the official support team.
They told me:
"To better assist you, I am reporting this as a bug on your behalf. This will allow our game development team to investigate and work towards a resolution."
