After purchasing 100 APEX packs, I received a server error message when I tried to open them, and all 100 packs disappeared without being opened. Also, I used 150,000 Legend Tokens to upgrade, but those tokens also disappeared. Just to be sure, I checked for new skins, but there were no added skins. Please fix this issue.

I had bought 100 packs and I opened 50 in bulk with the upgrade for my wishlish. I then got 1 pack from the bonus pack. I opened the 1 and then I went to bulk open the remaining 50 which resulted in multiple server errors. I restarted Apex Legends and I logged back in to no packs.
I have the same Probleem, i buy 100 Packs for 6700 and i get 2 times server error message, when i open 20 Packs! What can i do?
I hope they fix the issue of purchased items disappearing in the game. I'm hoping they'll address it soon.
Same problem here. Just bought the 20 Packs. Upgraded with Legend Tokens want to open 20 at once. Animation starts then server error and no loot so far - started game several times, played for 2 hours still no loot here...

Having the same exact situation here. Bought the 20 Apex pack promotion and when trying to upgrade the packs with tokens, I got a server error message. Tried to restart the game and packs, coins and tokens were gone with no sign of any new items. Tried to contact the EA Team and they told me to wait 24 hours and see if they would appear on the game.
Its been 3 days and no sign of any new items, packs or my coins back. :(
Problem still there, also after 2 days no loot, no coin refund.
Is there any other way to open an offical support case, or just this forum option?
All they say is wait 24 hours to see if it pops up - it doesnt.
