Apex Packs Missing After Purchase – Server Error, No Rewards, No Refund

After purchasing a bundle of 20 Apex Packs for 1000 Apex Coins in Apex Legends, I encountered a server error while opening them. After returning to the game, all packs disappeared, no rewards were granted, and the Apex Coins were not refunded.
