Apex progression lost in 2021 after PSN ID change (GokhanSen55)

It was an PSN ID changement and it was a widely known issue back then, am not asking for things that i don't have i just want my cosmetics back or if that's not possible i just want to learn the 500 apex pack guaranteed heirloom progress also was reset or not. I did not realize after i had changed my psn id in 2021 because i had taken a break from apex. You can ask the internet about this issue

I'm afraid we do not have a way to look up progression or account data from 2021, sorry. 

When you say you changed your ID, do you mean you swapped a PSN account with the name GokhanSen55 to use a PSN account named Northisko? Or that you simply updated the name on the same account? 

If an account was swapped for another, there is a small possibility you could reconnect the original accounts and try to recover missing content that way. We would not be able to look up an account link itself, however if GokhanSen55 is a separate PSN account that is currently linked to a different EA account, our support may be able to help locate that EA account. If this happened back in 2021 years before Cross Progression however, unfortunately it would be highly likely that's permanently lost at this point.

In 2021 i changed my psn id and lost my cosmetics only stats from season 2 to this day are still available in-game + 3rd party tracking sites and your suppor did not help me and forums did not get any answers about this issue so i regard it as unfixable but all i want to know is that if heirloom guaranteed after 500 packs progression was lost too. Please help.
