Aura not displaying during game

I have the problem that my current rank (platinum) is not shown during gameplay or game loading screen. In lobby it works. Have tried to enter firing range, un-equip and re-equip and also restarting the game. But it did not work. Please help. Name is Dr_Nox_94. Many thanks in advance!
