Battle Pass bug

I bought this season’s battle pass, and now im level 13 currently, and in level 10 is a skin for Alter “Dark sinister”, so i tried to equipped it and it says im already using it, but when i go to the main lobby to start a match, it shows me that im using another skin i have it in my account, when i start a match the game still shows the other skin i have, so i cant equip the new i should have. I upgraded the battle passe, and i got the apex coins etc, but i still cant use the skin, i already have tried restarting the game many times
