Battle Pass Rewards not working

I had some trouble getting the Ultimate Battle Pass working and I got some assistance, but now half of the rewards aren't even showing up. None of the instant rewards are accessible to me and most skins, packs, and currencies just don't reflect in my balance. I feel cheated out of my money.
