Blue screen crashes

When I try to play apex on steam or EA i will maybe get a few matches at best and then the game hard crashes my pc and sometimes requires a reset point to boot back up
my specs are
ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F
32 gigs ram
AMD Ryzen 5 5600 6core
NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 by MSI 
 
I didnt used to have this issue then a few updates ago this started happening and hasnt been fixed at all
