Bug Report: Game View/Camera Frequently Gets Stuck.
Game camera/view frequently becomes unresponsive/stuck, particularly when reviving teammates or upon being knocked down. Temporarily resolved sometimes by switching screen resolutions, but not consistently.
1. Detailed Bug Description:
- Frequency: High. Occurs frequently during matches, severely impacting gameplay.
- Issue Type: Camera Locked (i can shoot or open my scope)
2. Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch Apex Legends and enter a match (any mode).
- Play the match normally. The issue may occur randomly during gameplay.
- (Highly Reproducible Scenario) Engage in a fight until you are knocked down. Upon knockdown, the game camera/view has a high probability of becoming stuck/unresponsive.
- (Alternative Reproducible Scenario) Attempt to revive a teammate. During the revival process, the game camera/view has a high probability of becoming stuck/unresponsive.
- Once the camera is stuck, i need to switch resolution to solve but it will happen again.
3.Additional Notes & Troubleshooting Steps Attempted:
- stop using nvidia app(not working)
- Reinstall the graphics card driver（not working）(for now im using RTX 4060 version 581.15)
- polling rate(2000hz->1000hz not working)
- controller hasnt happend this issue
- re install game(not working)
- disabled Full-screen optimization（not working）
- All my mouse has this issue(only in Apex Legends)
- Lunch Option(+fps_max 300 -novid +miles_language english +cl_is_softened locale 1 +mat_letterbox_aspect_min 1.0 -no_render_on_input_thread)
- I'm using Chinese version Windows11 24H2
