Hey LewisKing3,
Just to check, did you play via the EA app or a different platform? If it was a different platform (like Steam, Xbox, etc.) could you quickly try logging in here with the same EA account you're checking the ban history on to see if the affected account is linked?

Both EA APP and Steam can't log into the game.And the steam is linked

I am writing this appeal with deep sincerity to request a review and reversal of the ban on my Apex Legends account, which was restricted due to account theft and unauthorized remote login. I am a legitimate player who has always followed the game rules and EA User Agreement. I have never used cheats, hacks, mods, or any third-party software that violates fair play. I have never shared, sold, or traded my account. The ban was caused entirely by criminal hackers logging into my account without permission, and I am the victim of this crime.

Hey folks,
If you have a ban on your account you're going to need to reach out to our terms of service team. We can't help with bans here on the forums, and they're the ones who'll be able to take a look into this for you. If you don't see anything in your penalty history but in-game are still being told that you're banned, you can still reach out via the webform in our bans and suspensions article. It has all the information you'll need.
