Cannot play, game repeatedly crashes

I can open the game, but when it loads I get an error message that says 'possible corruption in Apex files.' This only started after I updated to the latest patch. I did try to revert to the older version and removed any files associated with the update, but it did not help.

Quite a lot of time and money have been spent on this game and I would like your assistance to be able to access and play it again as soon as possible. Thank you.
