Cannot play with pre-made squad

Ever since the new season, my friends and I cannot play together. We will start off in the lobby as a trio, ready up and then launch into a game. Every single time one of us will get kicked, random person each time. We all play on Xbox. No other games have this issue for us. We've tried everything we can think of - uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting routers, etc. but this issue is STILL happening weeks later. Is anyone else having this issue or does anyone know of a fix for this?
