Can't continue into the Main Lobby from the Main Menu

when I load apex and I get into the main menu after I click continue the game puts back into the main menu over and over and after doing it a couple times it will say no servers found and then it will try to continue then put me back in the main menu. I have tried many things like changing my firewall settings my dns settings restarting my computer uninstalling and reinstalling the game via steam since thats what I play on and I have even tried signing in and out of my steam account signing in and out of my ea account and I have verified the game files tried to run it as an administrator and nothing seems to work. I would have tried to play it through the EA app but the game download would stop after 2-4% and I don't want to install it just for it to not work. I'm hoping that with the new season update my game will fix but if it doesn't I want to know what I can do to fix it.
