Can't get all the items from the current themed packs (Loba, Ash)

At the beginning of the 25 season there were a lot of game crushes (Playstation). I purchased the current themed packs between these crashes. I bought all the 10 packs from the Ash collection, but didn't manage to get all the items. There's still 2 items (the skin of R-45 and the Holo) left locked, but I can't buy packs anymore. Instead - I got some completely random additional items from the "?" packs. It also shows that I collected 1/10 of the items (when I actually purchased 10 packs and got the "title" skin).

The similar thing happened to the Loba packs. I bought a few (3-4) and stopped doing it after receiving these annoying random items. The "items owned" meter shows 0/10. 

ps: these themed packs were better when they were just introduced. There were no of these "?" packs, so a buyer had better chances to get items that he missed. Also, it looks like it was possible to win the title skin just for 100 AC or from the second-third attempt. I'm not sure, but looks like now it's impossible, so to get the title skin you should buy 10 packs. This is a bit annoying and less user-friendly because you can't try to "win" the desired skin anymore from the first few packs.
