Can't purchase Ash "Biotechnic" bundle

I can't purchase the Ash "Biotechnic" bundle due to already owning the "Biomechanic" R-99 skin which is available in all 3 of the bundles. I am able to purchase the Horizon bundle but not the Ash one...
