Cant select bottom row of legends in stretch resolution

I cant see any of the legends on the bottom row in the legend locker.

This issue only occurs in stretched resolution. I am using 1920x1440.

I see that this issue has been ongoing but either ignored or put aside?

Any update or confirmation?
