Can't Upgrade Premium Battlepass to Premium+ (PS5)

I purchased the Premium Battlepass through the Playstation store because the option to purchase through the app was not working.

Once I opened the game to upgrade to the battle pass, the purchase screen opened, but no button to "purchase" or "add to cart" was present. I tried to purchase the battlepass directly throug the Playstation store but it was "unavailable". 

I would like to purchase the upgrade when possible. Thank you!
