Caustic spotlight pass cannot complete: Update

Hi 
I am writing another report as it has been a while since there was any attention on my previous post. I am doing it on my PlayStation signed in account in hopes that it might make the issue easier to fix. 
I still cannot complete my final task of complete 15 games as caustic. I understand that such a bug might be hard to fix however it does frustrate me that my money (£8.99) has been taken and there has been no evidence to suggest any progress has been made so i thought it was a just amount of time to make sure that this issue is to be fixed.
