I'm not sure if it's an apex or Playstation issue. But I tried switching from english to japanese. (I already have the in-app japanese dialogue content downloaded.) I load into the game, the text is japanese but the voice dub is still english.
Iamjay11111 I believe for PlayStation, your system's language must also be in Japanese in order to use the Japanese voicelines.

Iamjay11111 Hmm, in that case, try going to Apex on your PlayStation home menu and then going into its options and then manage content to see if its using the correct language pack.
