Cheater lagging then crashing game clients US East

Idk if this is the right spot, teammate said that we had a cheater in the lobby, dunno if its him doing it but the server had bad lag from the start then eventually everyones clients crashed and reco...

Every few games of ranked, I get put into lobbies where, as soon as any fighting starts, there are massive lag spikes and the game crashes, making me and my teammates go negative as well as just losing the game. It does not happen for any other game mode than ranked, so I know it's not an issue on my end, and it has only been happening since the Jul 9 update.
