Hello, I am experiencing a recurring "There was a problem processing game logic" error when trying to log into Apex Legends on Steam PC. The error messages include: sh_challenge_tiles.gnut #331 [UI] GetCurrentPlaylistVarBool and sh_grx.gnut #1555 [UI] The index "10169" does not exist. This issue happens only with my account. If I log in with another account on the same PC, the game works fine. I also tested on another PC with my account, and the same error happens. I have already tried verifying game files on Steam, clearing cache, reinstalling the game, and changing Data Centers but nothing worked. It seems that my account data may be corrupted, possibly related to challenges or UI. Could you please check and help fix my account on the server side? Thank you.

Having the exact same issue and I have tried every possible solution and the support chat was absolutely useless only gave me the same tips I already told them I had done then ended the chat telling me they gave me a solution hopefully it gets fixed soon

i have hade the exact same issue. tried reinstalling on both ea and steam and i just wont let me into the game it just bugs inlobby and crash me right back to start

Same issue. I've tried reinstalling the game, verifying game files, repairing easy anti-cheat, and everything else I could find on the internet. Still no luck.

09/03/2025: The problem still exists. I've tried changing the server location, uninstalled/reinstalled the game, changed the language, and changed my Steam username, but nothing has worked for me yet.

I have same problem... tryed to reistall the game, my operating system, tryed a diffrent pc.. so its for sure a problem related to my ea account... plz fix this problem EA

I have tested the game on my pc.. and other pc - so its not a hardware problem.. its something ea did that disabled my account... I can play with another account.. but I want mine.. EA PLEASE FIX the problem I have used money on my account and want to be able to play with it....
