Hello, I am experiencing a recurring "There was a problem processing game logic" error when trying to log into Apex Legends on Steam PC. The error messages include: sh_challenge_tiles.gnut #331 [UI] GetCurrentPlaylistVarBool and sh_grx.gnut #1555 [UI] The index "10169" does not exist. This issue happens only with my account. If I log in with another account on the same PC, the game works fine. I also tested on another PC with my account, and the same error happens. I have already tried verifying game files on Steam, clearing cache, reinstalling the game, and changing Data Centers but nothing worked. It seems that my account data may be corrupted, possibly related to challenges or UI. Could you please check and help fix my account on the server side? Thank you.
yes... This is some bull**bleep**. I have left theyr suport a message... but no awnser... even still... I dont wanna play on another account... And this is clearly a issue with theyr servers. I mean I paid to get the pass... now i cant do that.. so what about some compensation for this.. or dont they care becouse its just a few who have been locked out.... I mean this should get fixed soon... Or I should be compensated for my battlepass and. all the hours wasted on this account... if my account is lost...

I tried contacting them about this for two hours before they just ended the chat saying no but if they do I'll get an inbox in game and now it's not working and I makes me angry especially with ranked ladder because I already put a lot of time into it and they aren't going to compensate anyone even tho they should compensate everyone
