Hello, I am experiencing a recurring "There was a problem processing game logic" error when trying to log into Apex Legends on Steam PC. The error messages include: sh_challenge_tiles.gnut #331 [UI] GetCurrentPlaylistVarBool and sh_grx.gnut #1555 [UI] The index "10169" does not exist. This issue happens only with my account. If I log in with another account on the same PC, the game works fine. I also tested on another PC with my account, and the same error happens. I have already tried verifying game files on Steam, clearing cache, reinstalling the game, and changing Data Centers but nothing worked. It seems that my account data may be corrupted, possibly related to challenges or UI. Could you please check and help fix my account on the server side? Thank you.

Also how come this issue was marked as solved with no resolution to the issue and is now now marked as solved did it just start working and y'all were like ehh let's not bother like this issue is over 9 days old why has there not been a patch with an update yet?

It was fixed and the issue came back again today.

It happened 3 more times after the first one, each time 3 days apart, before I could get in. Now on the 4th time, is there anything you can do? thx.
