Hello thats is really make me very angry 3 days is the same things happen to me, i join a ranked game 4 or 5 min then the game kick me out for nothing i lost over than 500 Points and not only that !!!
i get banned too for 10 Min and this is not the first time those bug's happen to us is every year same thing

I encountered the same situation, all night long, every time I entered the qualifying round before reaching the character selection page, I would be disconnected directly to the login screen. I don't know why this is happening, I tried restarting my computer and reconnecting to the network, but it still didn't help! This led to numerous unexcused withdrawals and nearly two hours of suspensions (10 minutes each). At the same time, I lost more than 500 ranking points, causing my rank to drop!! I don't know if EA will compensate us, but I'm very angry!!!!!!!!!! 😡😡
