Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to provide feedback regarding an ongoing issue I have been experiencing while playing Apex Legends. Recently, I have frequently been disconnected from games midway through matches due to apparent server instability or other connectivity problems on EA’s end. After such disconnections, I am unable to reconnect to the game, and moreover, I receive a 10-minute penalty that prevents me from joining any new matches.
While I understand the need to penalize players who intentionally leave games, it feels unfair to punish players for disconnections that are caused by server-related issues beyond their control. This has significantly impacted my overall gaming experience and enjoyment of Apex Legends.
I would like to kindly request that you:
- Look into the recurring server instability and connectivity problems that may be causing these disconnections.
- Consider revising the penalty system so that players are not punished for disconnections that are caused by server issues or other technical problems on EA’s end.
I believe implementing these changes would greatly improve the experience for players who are genuinely affected by unforeseen technical difficulties.

Same thing is happening to me the game will run fine and all of sudden it starts glitching and disconnects me and I can’t rejoin the match, I know my internet is fine and my download doesn’t and upload speed is fine I have never been banned on apex legends before yet I still get disconnected randomly
