Dear EA Support Team,
I am facing a sudden issue with Apex Legends servers. While playing, I keep getting disconnected from the server unexpectedly, and after that, a ban symbol appears on my screen. I also encounter the same issue when entering the Firing Range.Please note that my internet connection is working perfectly fine, as I can play other online games such as Delta Force without any problem. This issue has been ongoing for the past two days, and it is preventing me from enjoying the game.
Could you please look into this matter and advise me on how to resolve it?
