After selecting a server, I encounter two sequential UI script errors—sh_grx.gnut#1555 [UI] The index "10169" does not exist followed by sh_challenge_tiles.gnut#331 [UI] GetCurrentPlaylistVarBool—which then lead to the message: “There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again.” This bug prevents successful login and makes the game completely unplayable
Troubleshooting steps attempted:
- Restarting client and PC
- Switching servers
- Clearing cache
- Verifying game files
- Reinstalling game
- Try with another PC
- Log in via Steam or EA
None of these resolved the problem.
The fact that other accounts work fine on the same setup strongly indicates this is a server-side account issue rather than a client-side error.
I am a long-term dedicated player with over 5,000 hours of playtime, and currently I cannot log into Apex Legends at all, even on other PCs or networks. This is a severe disruption to my experience and investment in the game.
Please prioritize this issue. I currently have no access to the game at all. I am ready to provide session IDs, log files, or screenshots if required.
I've been having the same problem for the past 3 days! Everytime I try to load into a match or the firing range I get kicked and receive an error code that says server timed out (code:net). It's completely unplayable! Has anyone had any success playing the game after having this problem? I'm on xbox btw
