After a solo rank game, the game window freezes, but I still hear teammates' in-game voice chat. When I try to quit to the lobby, this error message occurs. I alt + f4 quit the game, and reboot the game. However, the error still insists.

I tried logging in with a different account and was successful.
It's a mystery why I can't log in with my main account.
I need to find a way to solve this problem.
